Sacred Momentum Refund & Money Back Policy

Effective Date: August 8, 2025

Sacred Momentum provides services that are spiritual, energetic, and deeply personal in nature. Because of the unique and experiential quality of these offerings, all sales are considered final once payment is received. By booking and paying for a session, program, or service, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy:

1. No Refunds on Services

  • Payment is collected in full prior to or immediately after service delivery.

  • Once a session, series, or program has been purchased, no refunds will be issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with personal progress, perceived outcomes, or discomfort during the process.

  • Healing and energetic work often involve confronting challenges, emotions, or uncomfortable truths. These experiences are part of the process, and each client is responsible for remaining open to what arises.

2. No Refunds on Digital Content

  • All sales of digital products (including but not limited to recordings, meditations, online courses, e-books, and downloads) are final and non-refundable.

  • Once access has been granted or the product has been delivered, it cannot be revoked, retrieved, or “returned.”

  • By purchasing digital content, you agree to this no-refund policy in full.

3. Client Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for your participation, openness, and willingness to engage in the practices.

  • Sacred Momentum cannot guarantee results, as healing is dependent on your individual journey, choices, and readiness.

  • By purchasing a service or product, you agree that your progression is your responsibility and not grounds for refund.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

Sacred Momentum recognizes that life circumstances may unexpectedly interfere with your ability to participate in live or scheduled services. In rare and severe situations—such as serious illness, family emergencies, or other significant disruptions—consideration may be given to:

  • Rescheduling or pausing services to be resumed at a later date, or

  • Partial refund at the sole discretion of Sacred Momentum.

All requests for exception must be made in writing and will be reviewed individually. Sacred Momentum reserves the right to determine whether an exception will be granted.

5. Consent to Policy

By engaging in services or purchasing digital content from Sacred Momentum, you confirm that:

  • You understand this Refund & Money Back Policy.

  • You accept that services and digital products are non-refundable except in extraordinary cases (services only) as determined by Sacred Momentum.

  • You agree that your participation and outcomes are your own responsibility.
