Tickets are purchased online through Sacred Momentum. Entries are tracked and confirmed directly, and all confirmed entries will be included in the final draw after the raffle closes on February 27.

Delivery or pickup will be arranged based on the winner’s location, with delivery available across Grey Bruce, the GTA, and surrounding areas. (SEE DETAILS BELOW)

Terms & Conditions

If the winner is located outside of the areas listed below, pickup will be required in Owen Sound. All delivery and pickup details will be confirmed with the winner following the draw.

Delivery is available within

  • Grey Bruce and surrounding areas, including Owen Sound, Port Elgin, Tara, Chesley, and Tobermory

  • Barrie and Collingwood (with delivery limited to the north side of Barrie)

  • the GTA, including Toronto (delivery up to Scarborough only), Mississauga, Oakville, and surrounding areas

  • the Niagara Region

  • Kitchener/Waterloo

  • London (within city limits).

Any personal information collected for the purpose of this raffle (such as name, email address, and contact details) will be used solely for administering the raffle, confirming entries, contacting the winner, and arranging delivery or pickup of the prize.

Participant information will not be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties and will not be added to mailing lists without explicit consent.

All information will be handled respectfully and in good faith and retained only for as long as necessary to complete the raffle and related communications.

No Refund Policy

All raffle ticket purchases are final.

Once a raffle ticket has been purchased, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not possible, regardless of circumstance. This includes duplicate purchases, change of mind, or inability to participate.

This policy is in place to ensure fairness, accurate tracking of entries, and the integrity of the draw.
